Our background.

Rofori Corporation is a Native American and Veteran owned business located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Rofori excels in creating structured data platforms to address the increasing challenges of standards and legislative compliance, across the ecosystem of corporate processes and fragmented collaboration. Rofori offers innovative cloud solutions for assessing cybersecurity risk, leveraging standards, and best practices widely adopted through the National Institute of Standards and Technology frameworks. Rofori offers CyberKnights, a cloud-hosted solution for Talent Assessment, Development, and Retention aimed at supporting the career acquisition and journey for cybersecurity professionals.

Chuck O’Dell

CEO

Chuck O’Dell is a co-founder of Rofori Corporation. Chuck is a former President and Chief Executive Officer with an outstanding record of building businesses, and growing companies internally and through acquisition. From 1998 to 1999, after successfully combining Marriott Management Services and Sodexho North America, he was President & CEO of the largest business, Sodexho Marriott Services, in the food/facilities management industry. He successfully managed this $4.5B public company with 103,000 employees internationally. Chuck is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics. He also received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business.

Will Dantzler

COO

Will is co-founder of Rofori Corporation. Will previously founded NetBase Corporation, a SaaS applications development company. Will graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a BS in Biology. He has a MS in Safety Management from Central Missouri State University and MBA from the University of Missouri. After a period of distinguished service as a Wing Commander with the 351st Strategic Missile Wing at Whiteman AFB and System Safety at USAF Space Division, Will went to work for TRW Systems Integration Group where he successfully designed and developed Cost/Schedule Control Systems Criteria-based project management systems. Will is past Chairman of Holt International Children’s Services, active in Rotary International, and serves on the board of the Civilian Marksmanship Program.

Subho Nath

VP, Technology Solutions

Subho manages all technology initiatives for developing Rofori business solutions. He is responsible for the architecture and design management of system development projects and oversees third-party IT infrastructure support/services and device management. He ensures user system support is timely and meets expectations. Subho has extensive experience with multiple relational database management systems, web services, APIs, micro integration services, and machine learning-based text categorization.  He was the principal database design architect in developing and expanding patented Rofori technology for managing unstructured data. His knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity standards has enabled development of several NIST standards-centric commercial applications, based on an extensible design architecture. Subho graduated with a Bachelors of Technology, Engineering, from IIT-Kharagpur, India and a MS, Engineering, from the University of Maryland. He holds certifications as an Amazon Web Services Developer, SysOps Administrator, and Solutions Architect.

Anita Dantzler

VP, Finance and Administration

Anita manages the financial and administrative aspects of Rofori Corporation. She has over 25 years’ experience working for Flying Tigers, TRW, and NetBase Corporation. She has expertise in working and managing accounting, financial, tax, corporate stock and ledger activities, as well as managing human relations and benefits, background checks, employment practices, performance appraisals, and delivery of benefits programs. She has also managed facilities requirements, including lease negotiations, telecommunications, office equipment/furnishings, disaster recovery/mitigation programs. Anita is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Paul Gernhardt

Board Director

A member of the America Online (AOL) founding team, Paul was responsible for International Marketing. Paul worked with AOL (formerly Quantum Computer Services) from 1986 to 1999. During his years at AOL, his diverse responsibilities included coordinating technical and businesses efforts across diverse AOL divisions, departments, joint ventures, cultures, diverse corporations. His specialties include building and managing highly effective organizations, technology projects, applied technology, human interface, and practical design and management of social network environments. In his various roles at AOL, he helped launch over a dozen online services around the world. He sits on the board of directors for Privo Inc, Sandel Avionics Inc, and NetBase Corporation. He also serves as an advisor with Idalis Software Inc. and other technology start-ups.

Lin Little

Board Director

Lin Little is VP Sales & Business Development, IBIS Networks. He brings over 25 years of experience marketing and selling computer software products and custom-tailored services in global markets. His experience includes the design and execution of marketing and sales strategies for two product launches, and the spearheading of strategic alliances with Fortune 100 companies including Motorola, Qualcomm and Nortel. In addition, Mr. Little has developed start-up ventures with Cable & Wireless, Nortel, Lucent, Air Touch, Bell South, and Heidrick & Struggles LeadersOnline. He has also held various high-level positions with Resumix, Subscriber Computing, Inc., Progressive Financial Services and the Xerox Corporation where he was a senior member of the sales team, which helped Xerox win the Malcolm Baldrige award. Lin is a graduate of the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He received a Master in Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
